ZBA Administrative Meeting Minutes
Date: 6/7/12
Meeting began at: 2:45pm
Members Present: Fred Chapman, Chair, Cynthia Weber, Clerk, Robert Lazzarini and Jonathan Levin
The Board discussed rotating the positions of Chairperson and Clerk. It was agreed that Fred Chapman would remain as the Chairperson for one more year for reasons of continuity. Jon would then be up for the Chairman position next year. It was also agreed that Jon and Cynthia would share the Clerk position and responsibilities.
The Board also discussed names to recommend to the Select Board to fill the vacant alternate position. Bob has spoken with Stephen Moore who declined and Larry Klein who is very interested in filling the vacant seat. The Board discussed whether or not it would be a conflict having a ZBA member that is also on the Planning Board who submits an opinion on cases to the ZBA. The Board voted to table the matter and put an ad in the papers looking for interested parties.
